MAKING PLANS
"Plans are of little importance, but planning is essential."
Winston Churchill
PLANNING allows us to take action. PLANS are static. Plans become rigid desires - coming from the ego - the conscious mind. Planning gives us flexibility. It is engaging our IMAGINATION.
"Imagination, not invention, is the supreme master of art, as of life."
Joseph Conrad
The ‘-ing’ words demand energy. They create movement.
In "SEEKING WISDOM," Rabbi Soloman Gaborol challenges us to take action. He wrote:
THE FIRST STEP IS SILENCE
THE SECOND STEP IS LISTENING
THE THIRD STEP IS REMEMBERING
THE FOURTH STEP IS PRACTICING
THE FIFTH -TEACHING OTHERS
Only this AWAKENING of our imagination will lead us to our goal.
