DUMBO

The body is complex - but Nature has given us a mind to sift through all the relevant and irrelevant information needed to sing freely.

We believe we can OUT-THINK what was given us by Nature. However, we must begin to FEEL, and believe that things are just the way they are. We can become enlightened and get in touch with our natural bodies when we ALLOW the body to breathe by itself.

The BRAIN knows how the body breathes. We are now in an era of manipulated breathing techniques. When coordinated as Nature intended, breathing becomes easy - too easy. The mind protests and insists that getting the air into the body is muscular and difficult.

The old story of four blind men describing an elephant goes something like this:

The first has the elephant's trunk in his hand and says he's a fire hose. The next has his arms around the leg and says he's a tree trunk.  Another the ear and says he's a fan. The last is holding his tail and calls him a rope. All of these are correct, but only when the BRAIN puts all this information together can we SEE the whole elephant. There is much information to be accumulated and subsequently coordinated. Otherwise we're just looking at separate parts. They must become as ONE. Then it dawns on us that the brain can do the work. This is when the sound and text merge effortlessly.

THE MIND RESTS

THE ELEPHANT REMEMBERS!
